Resilience conceptions in knowledge work the context of COVID-19-pandemic – Towards a relational well-being approach? workplaces has been examined as feature that both maintains sustainability employees or organizations. By doing so, resilience concept illustrates assumptions and emphasis associated with contemporary conceptions. The premise this article is deepening eco-crisis requires examining working life so perspective broadened to sustainable humans nature. research material study was collected from workers (n=16) during pandemic. As result qualitative analysis, three reveal different propositions were recognized: employee-centered, community-centered, relational-socioecological. This presents confluences contradictions between opens up avenues for future administrative research.
