Resilience conceptions in knowledge work the context of COVID-19-pandemic – Towards a relational well-being approach? workplaces has been examined as feature that both maintains sustainability employees or organizations. As result qualitative analysis, three reveal different propositions were recognized: employee-centered, community-centered, relational-socioecological.
